1·The Lessor agrees that he shall not increase the rent for a period of 2 years from the date of this contract signing.
出租人同意在本合同签订之日起2年内不得增加租金。
2·The contract issuer or lessor shall, within 30 days from the date of issuance of contract or leasing, report the information about the contractor or lessee to the competent tax authorities.
发包人或者出租人应当自发包或者出租之日起30日内将承包人或者承租人的有关情况向主管税务机关报告。

承租人经出租人同意，可以依照本办法将承租房屋转租。
