Since December 11, China’s 12367 Immigration Service Platform has included French in its multilingual telephone services.

自2025年12月11日起,中国国家移民管理局12367服务平台在电话服务中新增法语,进一步拓展多语种服务。

Callers to 12367 can select their preferred language through the automated voice menu. For users choosing English, the platform will continue to provide immediate, direct voice responses. For those opting for French—as well as Russian, Japanese, or Korean—the system will instantly create a three-way call connecting the user, a translator, and a service agent. This ensures a streamlined experience featuring “one number, immediate response, and continuous case handling,” further enhancing the convenience of immigration services for foreign nationals traveling to or residing in China and supporting the development of a top-tier, market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment.

拨打12367的用户可以通过自动语音菜单选择他们偏好的语言。对于选择英语的用户,平台将继续提供即时、直接的语音回应。对于选择法语的用户,以及选择俄语、日语或韩语的用户,系统将即时创建三方通话,连接用户、翻译人员和服务专员。这一服务确保了“一个号码、即时回应、全程办理”的流畅体验,进一步提升了为来华或在华居住的外国公民提供出入境服务的便利性,支持打造国际一流、市场化、法治化、国际化的营商环境。

As an integrated “one-stop service center” operated by the National Immigration Administration for both Chinese and foreign travelers, the 12367 Service Platform includes a telephone hotline, the “NIA 12367” mobile app, WeChat and Alipay mini-programs, and a web portal. Offering 24/7 real-time multilingual support, the platform provides one-stop services that allow users to “ask and get things done.” It serves as a crucial channel for resolving urgent and complex immigration-related issues faced by individuals and businesses.

作为国家移民管理局为中外旅行者运营的综合“一站式服务中心”,12367服务平台包括电话热线、“移民局12367”手机应用程序、微信和支付宝小程序以及门户网站。该平台提供24/7全天候实时多语种支持,为用户提供“有问必答”的一站式服务,是解决个人和企业面临的紧急和复杂出入境相关问题的重要渠道。

Since its launch on April 8, 2021, the platform has handled more than 20 million inquiries and feedback calls from both domestic and international users across 165 countries and regions. It reports a first-call resolution rate of 99.94% and an average satisfaction rate of 98.82%, playing a significant role in maintaining orderly immigration administration and supporting economic and social development as well as international exchanges.
