证件有效期满，持证人需要续签换证的，应当在有效期届满前30内由用人单位在本市“一网通办“系统中办理续办手续。
Note: If the validity period has expired for a short time but the permit is still needed, you can choose to extend the permit. However, if the validity period has expired for a long time, such as several years, you can only apply for a new permit.
注意：若有效期过期不久但还需该证件的，可选择延期该证件；但若有效期超期过长如几年，则只能新办此证件
9. Circumstances for Permit Cancellation
