Category A: High-end talents

A类:高端人才

1.High-end talents mainly include:

Outstanding young talents;

优秀青年人才;

Score points above 85 points.

评分超过85分者。

2.No age limit or work experience restrictions.

2.无年龄限制或工作经验限制。

3.The validity period shall not exceed five years.

3.有效期不得超过五年。

4.No criminal commitment required, and foreign specialization to obtain the card does not need to submit paper documents for verification.

4.不需要提供无犯罪记录证明,外籍专业卡获取不需提交纸质文件进行核实。

Category B: Professionals

B类:专业人才

1.Professional talents mainly include:

1.专业人才主要包括:

Professionals with a bachelor's degree or above and more than 2 years of relevant work experience, and the age is not more than 60 years old;

拥有本科以上学历且相关工作经验超过2年,年龄不超过60岁的专业人士;

Hold international general vocational skills qualification certificate or urgently needed skills talents;

持有国际通用职业资格证书或急需技能人才;

Foreign language teaching staff;

外语教学人员;

Foreign talents whose average wage income is not less than 4 times the average social income of the previous year in the region;

在该地区上一年度平均社会收入不低于4倍的外籍人才;

Specialized personnel and project implementation personnel who meet the requirements of relevant state departments;

符合相关国家部门要求的专业技术人员和项目执行人员;

Professionals who score more than 60 points.

评分超过60分的专业人士。

1.Other personnel mainly include:

1.其他人员主要包括:

Personnel who meet the current regulations on the administration of foreigners' work in China;

符合当前中国外国人工作管理条例的人员;

Personnel engaged in temporary and short-term work (not exceeding 90 days);

从事临时性和短期性工作(不超过90天)的人员;

The personnel under the management of the quota system include foreign youth who come to China for internships under intergovernmental agreements, foreign students who meet the prescribed conditions, foreign graduates of overseas universities, foreigners working in special fields such as ocean fishing, etc.

配额制度管理下的人员包括根据政府间协议来华实习的外国青年、符合条件的外国留学生、海外大学毕业的外籍人士、在远洋渔业等特殊领域工作的外国人等。
