2·Party B will use the premises lawfully according to this contract without changing the nature of the premises and storing hazardous materials in it.

乙方应按本合同规定合法使用该房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质。乙方不得在该房屋内存放危险物品。

3·Party a will give consideration to Party B's proposal of exclusive agency.

甲方愿意考虑乙方独家代理的建议。宜用consider代替give consideration to。

4·The authorized signatory may be the legal representative, principal or its authorized agent of Party b.

有权签字人可以为乙方的法定代表人或单位负责人或其授权的代理人。

5·Party B should assist Party a to complete technique, price and operation flow during the period of negotiation with supplier.

甲方在与供应商谈判过程中，乙方应协助甲方完成技术、价格与操作流程等方面的工作。
