探讨脑活素对原代培养大鼠大脑皮质神经元的作用及机制。
方法检索1994年~2007年国内医药学期刊报道的脑活素不良反应的案例,进行统计、分析。

1·AIM :TO compare the therapeutic effects between injection of cerebroprotein hydrolysate and Cerebrolysin to treat cerebrovascular diseases during convalescence.
目的:比较新药脑蛋白水解物注射液与脑活素治疗脑血管疾病恢复期的疗效。
2·Conclusions: Cerebrolysin can decrease the encephalic injury by increasing the concentration of blood calcium and magnesium.
结论:脑活素可通过提高血钙、镁浓度以改善缺氧缺血性脑病损伤。
