1·The fax copy of the agreement and supplementary agreements thereto shall have legal effect.
本协议的传真副本和增订协议具有法律效力。
2·Anything unstated herein shall be subject to a supplementary agreement entered into both Parties.
未尽事宜，由甲乙双方另行签订补充协议予以约定。
3·If no such supplementary agreement can be reached, the arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
达不成补充协议的，仲裁协议无效。
4·A written change or supplementary agreement may be entered into after negotiation and mutually agreed by both parties.
双方经协商一致可另行签订书面变更或补充本协议。
5·Party A and Party C shall enter into a supplementary agreement to determine the service task that Party A entrusts Party C for and the service fees thereof.
甲方与丙方签署补充协议确定甲方委托丙方的服务任务及服务费。
6·If this Agreement has any modification, both parties must confirm the modified Agreement in a written form and sign supplementary terms.

7·Any dissenting, conflicting or supplementary general business terms and conditions, even when known, shall form no part of this agreement and shall only apply if expressly agreed to in writing.
对于任何有异议的、矛盾的或补充性的通用商业条款和条件，即使是众所周知的，都不用于本协议，只有在书面明确写明同意使用的条件下，才可应用。
