目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗重症睑球粘连的方法，评价其疗效。
目的为眼部热力及化学性烧伤导致的睑球粘连寻找一种新的治疗方法。
化学性灼伤导致睑球往往发生严重的黏连，而传统的手术方法却不易达到满意的效果。

羊膜移植是一种较好的治疗睑球粘连结膜囊再造的方法。
2·Biological amnion combined with conjunctival flap with limbus stem cell transplant in the treatment of recurrent pterygium complicated with symblepharon was an ideal therapeutic method.
生物羊膜联合带自体角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植治疗伴睑球粘连的复发性翼状胬肉是一种较理想的治疗方法。
3·Methods 36 cases (36 eyes) of symblepharon or pseudo pterygium were treated by pericardium transplantation to reconstruct the ocular surface. The follow up time was 6-18 months (averaged 11 months).
